交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆
交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆是采用化学方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由线形分子结构转变为三维网状结构,由热塑性的聚乙烯变成热同性的交联聚乙烯,从而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、机械性能和耐环境能力,并保持了优良的电气性能。
交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆导体的允许长期最高工作温度为90℃,较低绝缘电缆、聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆和聚乙烯绝缘电缆高,且具有重量轻、结构简单、使用方便、耐化学腐蚀和敷设不受落差限制等优点。
产品标准
本产品按GBl2706《额定电压35kV及以下铜芯、铝芯塑料绝缘电力电缆》标准生产,同时还可根据用户需要按国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC、英国标准、德国标准及美国标准生产。
适用范围
本产品适用于工频额定电压3.6/6kV~26/35kV输配电线路作配送电能之用。
For XLPE insulated power cable, either chemical method or physical method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE from chain into three-dimensional network, i.e. thermoplastic PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. After cross-linking, the thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximun permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cableis 90℃ which is higher than that of paper, PVC or PE insulated power cable. The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, lightness in weight, convenience in application besides its excellent electrical, thermal, mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion properties. It can also be laid with no limitation of level difference along the route.
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GBl2706 or IEC,BS,DIN and
ICEA upon request.
The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kV-26/35kV.
使用特性
工频额定电压Uo/U为3.6/6kV~26/35kV。
电缆导体的允许长期最高工作温度为90℃。
短路时(最长持续时间不超过5s)电缆导体的最高温度不超过250℃。
电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于O℃。
电缆弯曲半径:三芯电缆不小于电缆外径15倍:单芯电缆不小于电缆外径20倍。
电缆额定电压的选择
电缆的额定电压应适合于电缆系统的运行状况,用Uo/U(Um)kV表示。

Max. Permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: 90℃.
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250℃.

The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃.
The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the Cable diameter.
The bending radius of a three-core cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter.
The rated voltage of the cable for a given application shall be suitable for the operating
conditions in the system in which the cable is used, and is expressed in the form of U0/U(Um)kV.

which the cable designed;
U--The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors, for which the cable designed;
